Because we offer highly individualized outdoor living design services, we want to make sure we fully understand your wants, needs, and vision. We have developed a time-tested process for turning your landscaping and outdoor living dreams into reality. Our team will work closely with you to make sure we’re all on the same page and working towards the same goal. We can adjust your design as needed, and we will listen to your feedback carefully throughout the process. In general, our process goes as follows:

• Discovery Consultation – During our initial discovery consultation, we will visit your home and evaluate your space, getting a feel for your design and style preferences. We will discuss our services and how they align with your goals and let you know the next steps in the process. We will also make you aware of any challenges that may arise due to county, city, or community guidelines. This discovery consultation usually takes about an hour.
• Collaboration & Design – Our team will collaborate to bring your vision to life. Our project manager will work with you throughout this process and present an initial design package. Once you’re happy with the design, we will provide photo renderings and ensure that the final design is within your budget.
• Documentation – We will provide all our design materials for implementation, including a hardscape plan and a landscape plan with specific dimensions. Renderings for additional components, such as outdoor kitchens will be provided at this time. We want to make your design plans easy to understand and implement.
• Implementation – Cascade can stay on as your project manager and complete the implementation, including material selection, progress photos, scheduling, and billing. If you want to utilize contractors, we will provide you with a list of preferred contractors to implement your design plans. We only recommend contractors that offer quality work, so you know your vision will be completed to your specifications. We value transparency in our process and will review billing for your contractors.
