Collaborators: Morris Carter Concrete, Ridley’s Landscapes

The landscape design challenge was to create a new entry experience to the home while maintaining an openness to the street. The team considered using walls a valid approach to creating a slower, reflective experience from the street to the front door. The concrete pads and wood walls provide a slow repetition that is softened and by the massing of perennial grasses.
